Dashama is an award winning, internationally known Author, Joyologist, Yoga Teacher, and creator of best selling online courses, the global 30 Day Yoga Challenge, multiple books and 33 Yoga DVDs. She founded the Flow State Institute (FSI) in response to the growing demand for her unique system of yoga and healing. Through STI, Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, she certifies 200, 300, 500 and 1000 hour Flow State yoga teachers around the world. A global expert about health and happiness, Dashama was inducted into the Happiness Hall of Fame at Stanford in 2019 & was a keynote speaker at the United Nations for International Day of Happiness in 2016.
