  • At the end of this course, students will be able to practice yoga at home or in a public class setting, having learned the basic skills most commonly found in most classes and yoga practice sessions. Some practices you will learn include yoga asanas (poses), breathing, meditation, how to strengthen, balance and stretch your body and how to calm and focus your mind.

Wow! I felt amazing after the first video and found myself looking forward seeing what was next! I am excited to add this to my daily health rituals to boost my energy and center myself to take on the day. Dashama is very clear in the way she teaches and her descriptions were so thorough I found my yoga practice deepen with each lesson. The location setting truly did feel like I was on retreat with her and left me always looking forward to practicing again. This is the first course I can proudly say I fully completed and will keep going back to!

The sequence is beautiful, but many of the asanas are not available for beginners. They might in fact feel discouraged.
