At the end of this course, students will be able to practice yoga at home or in a public class setting, having learned the basic skills most commonly found in most classes and yoga practice sessions. Some practices you will learn include yoga asanas (poses), breathing, meditation, how to strengthen, balance and stretch your body and how to calm and focus your mind.
