Tatiana is a great and knowledgeable teacher and this course is truly a help in getting good - but not too much - exercise during pregnancy. I love Tatianas calm, loving and compassionate way of teaching and can highly recommend her prenatal yoga-course!!! I already bought the postnatal course too, to be all set up once the little one is here. :-) Thanks Tatiana!!!!

A thoughtful, comprehensive class with a nice selection of postures with an intuitive flow to the sequence. Restful when needed and equally generous with good strong stretches. Thoroughly recommend. Enjoyed it immensely and will continue to. Thank you. Namaste

This course is easy to follow, with very clear explanations and imagery, Tatiana's voice in itself has a calming and soothing effect. The progression from one pose to another, one exercise to another, makes complete sense and I felt my body and my mind little by little releasing tension and stress on a deeper and deeper level, to end up feeling at the same time completely relaxed, recharged and inspired to get into my day. It is the best way to start or end any day!

Tatiana has natural gifts as a teacher and healer; she shares them from the heart in one of the most comprehensive yet simple and accessible prenatal yoga video.
Emphasis is on clear instructions, safety, with a great progression through poses.
This complete yoga practice truly addresses the unique needs of pregnancy (release of lower back/sacrum poses, chest openers/shoulder release, pelvis-perineum connection - strengthening cues to prepare for delivery, hips opening poses, sciatica release poses...) Legs up the wall is emphasized as it should be, this pose is highly beneficial for everyone and every pregnant woman! Tatiana has a warm, nurturing voice who will guide you and your baby through honoring, preparing and caring for your body, mind and spirit in one of the most special, precious times of your life.
