The subject which states "complete training plan" created the expectation that I will be able to train at home. I live in a small rural town without a gym and any of the gym facilities. The course is good for people who do have a gym with all the fancy equipment.
Some of the video clips did not open properly and I have also found that the website does not exist. eg, I wanted to read further about "Principles, Types and Variables of Training" and could not do so.
I can see Jen has exceptional knowledge about fitness training and her physique is the proof there of. I would most definitely have given a 5 star if she considered people who do not have access to any gyms and if her website was still up and running.

NO SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATIONS ON EXERCISES. NO VARATIONS, EVERY EXERCISES NEED 1 HOUR NOT 1 MIN. YOU CAN FIND ALL THIS IN YOU TUBE VERY EASY.
