He gives very clear instructions at a good pace and I love that he includes the deeper mental/energetic purposes of each position along with the movements instead of just going through the motions. That deeper work has made each position far more effective for me!

This Taiji course Sifu Ramel Rones is as authentic of a Martial Arts teacher as it gets. In this course Sifu Ramel captures the essence, soul, mind and physical aspects of the Taiji forms and skill cultivation. He walks you step-by-step in each form and explains the subtle elements and subtle principles that breath life into these forms. Daily practice or the playing of this Taiji teaching enables optimal health and wellness on every level. I've been a martial artist for almost 30 years and the learning just keeps on going. And thanks to Sifu Ramel Rones my experience is being increased from this course. Todah rabah Sifu Ramel! Shalom shalom.
