This is not really a bootstrap4-related course as it relies heavily on using CSS for styling purposes. If the instructor wanted to use bootstrap CDN only, there was really no need to download bootstrap4 and create confusion. Anyways, overall this is a nicely structured course and good learning experience.
P.S. The instructor should avoid showing the use of PHP-based backend for email communication - not useful within the course content/objective.

Its an amazing course, I felt it would do better to have taught how to host it on local server instead of FileZilla considering not every of your students can host yet, but everyone is bound to have a local host if you get what I mean

I believe that he could use the bootstrap 4 built in styles, such as m-0 or text-center, instead of calling the tags in an external css file. Other than that, the course is very good
