i am fascinated by the brain and how it works. this started when my son was diagnosed with autism over 20 years ago. learning more about the brain helped me to understand him and support him better. he lives independently and having an understanding made this an easier transition for us both. if that makes sense.

This does exactly what an introductory course is supposed to do, which is to present the subject matter in an engaging way, inspire deeper examination and to provide a pathway for more advanced study of the subject.

None of the content was new to me, but it still didn't feel like a waste of time at all. If you've never delved into behavioral science and how our brains work this is a great introduction.

Short, easy to consume, and all for free!
