I thought this course would deliver a certificate to say I had completed User Testing but it does not. It's just a lead-in course to a later exam on User Experience. I also thought there would be specific methods and tools to use within your test such as card sorting but it does not.

good to know:
the cell method (you need only 4 user to cover most responses)
pilot your test
act according to your script
set up a scenario and derive a task not step by step instructions from it

Was ich sehr gut fand war, wie klar Susan die Theorie kommuniziert. Ich denke, dass in dem Kurs sowohl Anfänger als auch UX Professionals dazulernen können. Susan lässt einen auch oft an Ihren zahlreichen Erfahrungen mit Usability Tests teilhaben, indem Sie Beispiele aus eigenen Studien aus der Vergangenheit erzählt. Diese Beispiele fand ich persönlich sehr interessant.
Der Kurs wirkte überwiegend wie Frontalunterricht an der Uni auf mich, mit wenig bildlichen Inhalt. Ich habe mir gewünscht, dass Susan einige Konzepte eher mit Grafiken und Diagrammen erklärt.

The only course really fit my need. Love it.
Basic, But very useful for testing any products not just UI.

I do like to see more course about technique to gathering in depth of product by user testing.
