Fascinating course with great examples. Really good teacher, easily presents rather complex concepts in an easily-graspable fashion. Well spoken, and very descriptive teacher makes this course a total pleasure to take. I only wish it were a little longer with more substance, as I truly enjoyed every moment of it and will undoubtedly be able to apply these teachings to my work.

I was hoping for more in-depth discussions of the subject matter. This feels like a teaser for a Team W certification course.

Great overview of various techniques to try to employ to engage users. Exercises throughout helped encourage you to apply the techniques to real-world examples (of your choosing). This would be great for beginners in UX as Susan covers various cognitive research topics at a high level and relates them to UX.
