I am trying to get back into fitness I am quite active but want to work a little harder.

I did enjoy the video great for a beginner good instructor but I was hoping for more boxing techniques and maybe boxing related circuits. It would get you in shape using boxing equipment and but I felt it was more a gym induction video with some great advice and techniques I was maybe looking for something to get me fight ready and improve punches, mobility and fitness.

So I cant fault the instructor a good course I will take a few things from it but not quite the course I was looking for.

Was a glitch on the ladder training part of the video got half way through and it froze on the screen but continued to play.
