Great techniques! I've used them already with great success. Simple, yet effective. That said, I think the course could be condensed a bit. I know repetition is a good thing to help us remember, but there might be a bit too much. I listened to most of the course on 2x speed.

Also, some people may not mind, or even notice, but incorrect use of punctuation takes away a bit from the polished and professional image. "Voicemail's" should be "voicemails" (no apostrophe). It's important to know the correct usage of punctuation and grammar. No doubt, this shows up in emails too, and some people pick up on it.

But, don't let that stop you from taking this otherwise excellent course! I think everyone in business and sales should know these techniques.
