a lot of valuable information, techniques and hacks . I will try to implement some of them to see if it will help. It makes sense and you also learn about why things happen at various times of the day . Just be carful when having 4-5 hours of sleep during the night with trying to have those 30 min day naps and operating machinery or driving for a long time.

I would give this a higher rating if the speaker used a better microphone and added slides, and added references. He makes a lot of claims and I've researched some of the things he talks about so there are research articles and there are sources. Even books would be good to reference for the information. Unfortunately he doesn't mention any references other than his experience.
