It will be merely a refresher for somebody who knows a few things about low GI diets and nutrition in general. I wish to see here more about brain foods, good fats, whether or how you have to change your diet if you are exercising. There is still plenty of potential here. Some of the articles come from respected sources like Harvard Medical. Still the delivery is fine. If you find the discount, it is worth buying - with 2x speed on videos you can go through the entire class within 2 hrs, or more if you are a newbie in the world of diets/nutrition.
