I did this course because of the promise that I could save money when booking accommodation. This specific topic took up about 20% of the course and the rest was 'filling in'.
Getting the host to reduce the price, basically involved suggesting a new price!

All the information here is good and practical and should help you save cash if you are a frequent traveller who prefers not to stay in hotels.
My only complaint is technical. The sound varies between sections quite considerably in volume and clarity. The beginning lectures in particular sound muffled. Besides that, everything is fine.

The entire course boils down to "Negotiation is possible in AirBnB" . Nothing more. Perhaps it was made to distribute the AirBnb promo code only. But anyways, good effort.
