A more engaging speaking tone would elevate this experience, however the speaker is very knowledgeable.
I liked the tone of the presenter. He really was there to help me understand, and the fact that he could and did make mistakes and correct them as he went along made me like him. What he taught me will help as I follow this roadmap to e-publishing. This is the course to which I'll go back over and over to really get this thing down.
