I created this course because after 13 years of professional selling, many patterns became clear that weren't so obvious starting out.

After the first couple years of my sales career I got sick of the grind...the unreturned phone calls, feeling burnout...worrying about if a large sale would close or not...and I completely changed my approach.

I really enjoyed this course and was pleasantly surprised by some concepts and ideas, mainly that every sales call is an opportunity to learn and that sales involves a lot more customer focus and listening. Ken seems to have a genuine problem solving mindset when it comes to sales and teaches it to his students.
