I've seen a lot of meditation courses over the years, and they've all been packed with esoteric/spiritual-sounding jargon that just made them sound obnoxious. Ken's approach doesn't rely on that, instead he gives you a practical set of exercises and instructions for the HOW part of meditation and goes into the science of the practice to explore the WHY part - something I have seen none of the other courses do.

Definitely a good course to take if you're interested in meditation.

First of all, as soon as I looked to the instructor I said "WowđŸ€Ż, he looks like Hugo Weaving in Matrix movie!!!". 😎
The shape of the face and in particular the mouth are very similar.
Blue eyes as well...hehehe
Red pill or blue pill? 😂

Said that, I liked this course and how the instructor presented it.
It's easy to follow and very clear most of the time.
The half star less is because sometimes there are too many cuts in a single video in a short time that are distracting a bit.🙄

I liked a lot the last lecture, a guided meditation with a beautiful sound.
I believe there is a lot of useful concepts and practice instructions in this course, in the end, a lot of value in just 3 hours.
Thanks to the instructor to sharing this course.
Now it's my turn to practice, practice and...practice more! 😁

Lots of amazing information, help and exercises to begin a truly authentic meditation practice! I especially loved the mindfulness concepts of making this a life choice of how to be by being present without judgement.
The only issue I had with the course is that when I downloaded the resources, they were gibberish and not at all printable. I also couldn't find a place to leave a comment...I am not a techy and somehow missed that availability. I wrote my comments down in my notebook though and wish you the best of everything in your endeavors to make this planet better because you show up!
