I created this course because after struggling with procrastination, self-sabotage and many self-limiting beliefs, I stumbled upon methods and tools that really work and I was able to make massive changes in my life, using what I cover in this course.

As a senior and 100% disabled veteran who has had several surgeries. So many people have often questioned me on how I keep getting up and back in the saddle,wheelchair or on a walker at my age, I always replied "Just have to try"! Thanks to the information I have received from you a better understanding of myself and the effort that has taken me from beds,wheelchairs,walkers. I've read many of these ideas before, but this is put together much more cohesively- and I like the suggestion of getting into "alpha" state before answering the questions. Since I've done similar exercises in the past, I will say that suggestion makes a big difference. Along with that and the conciseness and organization of this course, I found it superior to most other methods I've tried and read about. I love the down-to-earth presentation style. Thank you!

EXCELLENT COURSE!! EXCELLENT INSTRUCTOR!! THIS GUY GETS RIGHT TO THE POINT AND GIVES YOU STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS, DO THIS DON'T DO THAT, THEN DO THIS. HE MAKES IT SO EASY TO FOLLOW AND ACTUALLY DO. I WAS STRUGGLING TO GET THINGS ACCOMPLISHED BECAUSE I'M A TUCK DRIVER AND I WORK 14 HOURS A DAY SO I HAVE VERY LITTLE TIME. AND BECAUSE I HAVE SO MANY GOALS IT HAS BEEN HARD FOR ME TO PRIORITIZE THEM AND FOLLOW THROUGH THAT I'D GET SO OVERWHELMED AND JUST GIVE UP AND NOT DO ANYTHING. So far so good. Suggestion for the instructor, next time turn off auto-focus on the camera and since you are stationary sitting on a chair just use manual focus. This way the camera is not in and out of focus every few minutes.
