Anatomy lesson

Len has trained speakers from start-ups to family businesses and multinationals. His style is lively, entertaining and very engaging. I like this course. There are many applicable tips and presentation is humorous enough to keep my interest. But it was a little scary to get a letter from the diseased teacher, saying that he will answer any of my questions. Isn't he supposed to be out of reach?
