I like the spoken material but I'm disappointed that I can't open the intro. I see someone else tried to get help, but no one helped them.

This is not what I was expected, I thought this was about relationships with people who are codependent without any substance abuse

The content is well presented and the words thoughts out. But I dont believe the videos and lectures provide extra value beyond the PDF given, since he is reading out loud the pdf. But the course is worth it just for the PDF

The material was fascinating and the instructor obviously knows the topic well, but the first three videos didn't seem to connect with the conclusion. The beginning was about how codependency starts within the family of origin, but then it concluded with information about addiction. I found them both informative, but never saw the connection explained. What I did not like the most was that there was never an explanation of how to avoid codependency, which was the title of the course.

The instructor points out and brings the problem to the surface but fails to tell the viewer how to fix the problem other than sending the viewer to a expencive therapist.
