Fabulous!!! Jenna does a great job. I love that she is experimenting as she is presenting the recipes and techniques to us. She shares her research with us. I am an experience cook. I am attempting to "master" this ingredient.

This course has helped me greatly!

So far, this is absolutely an amazing class. The presentation is perfect and has my attention at all times. I paused just after the scrambled eggs section to go and try it. I will admit that tasting those scrambled eggs (stainless steel sauté pan on top of a sauce pan with simmering water) brought tears to my eyes because it tastes like the eggs that my father would cook for me when I was young, and I've been wanting to make eggs like that for the last 10 years. I've made eggs probably hundreds of times, but none that tasted like that. I'm fully drawn in and will be trying Jenna's fried egg the next time I'm hungry (ate two servings of the scrambled eggs).
