I like the material. I have an auditory processing disorder so it is a bit frustrating that the captions are not correct, but I am able to follow along without issue. :)

This was an excellent session. It helped me see that I naturally use these skills, in general, on the surface level, day to day. At the same time it helped me re-connect with my own learning in graduate school, which incorporated Change Management/HR, b/c in assessing and engaging the org, you always start w/the individual. So this session re-focused me on that level, re-kindled me with my skill areas - in personal development, re-framing, and transformation - helping me bring them from the background into MY NOW!

Although I had heard some of the content already from the Life Coaching course I have done previously, it was good to understand more about how to apply cognitive behavioural coaching with my clients and gave me a very good understanding of how this can help me to change their behaviours and take a more positive approach to finding solutions to their challenges.

Talk only. Could be better supported by visual material. Even text, bullet points slides, to support the speech with visual clues and aid in retention of the concepts introduced.
The parts from Patrick were interesting and seemed founded in science.
