This was a very good course both for personal use and use with my clients. I have always found meditation difficult but with the diaries giving headings to focus on this is a good method. I like the fact that I still have all the material to refer back too. Thank you Libby you have a very clear and calming voice.

Great intro course. I didn't realize this course was sinking in until I tried a guided meditation with another program and my practice was established. I have been feeling able to stay present during meditation. I've also noticed that my stress levels and ability to take on stressful situations have improved. Thank you!

The instructor teaches the content in a manner that allows one to practice immediately for peace and calm. I appreciate that she hits the ground running and doesn't include useless information. This course was thoughtfully prepared in a way that that makes it accessible to anyone. Great class for those who are seeking ways to manage uncomfortable feelings and those who desire to be more present and conscious in their lives. Course includes excellent worksheets. Was not what I expected. It provided more in some areas and less in others. If your just trying to be mindful its difficult to select as the approaches are so broad. Of minor value to me.

overall I learned some helpful techniques I found the audio initially distracting however once I understood the methodology it was supportive . The 30 minute silent meditation was very difficult to do with the computer as this was distracting me. I will practice this from now on unguided as this was the point after all! I would like to learn how to gain the cpd points and further study

Easy to follow. Simple, yet really useful techniques. Instructor gets to the point and breaks down each section, clearly and throughly. Lovely and clear voice.
If there's a next level, I would definitely sign up for it. Great course. I would recommend.
