The introduction was to long for a relatively simple method. The difficulty comes when dealing with emotions - how am I supposed to think of all the different listed questions while struggling with my emotions? Coloring or carrying a happy box is rarely applicable in daily situations. Besides that I think the method has it's uses and I liked the examples given. I'll give it a try. Thanks!
