Marketing is changing

Marketers no longer just sit in a room and come up with catch slogans like in Mad Men. They’re now required to be more analytical, more technical, and take ownership of a larger part of the traditional customer funnel

What does that mean?

It means that your traditional education and your traditional understanding of marketing are becoming obsolete. Companies are no longer hiring marketers to sit and watch over ad campaigns; they’re hiring marketers that can not only plan, design, and run their own campaigns but also influence and understand their products on a much deeper level

In this course we’re going to focus on both core marketing fundamentals but also on the more advanced growth marketing strategies that are becoming more and more in demand. We'll cover the basics that any marketer should know and then expand into day to day actionable skills you're going to be required to have. In the second portion of the course we'll focus on how you can set yourself up for success in the marketplace and how to find, vet, and lock down a job in Marketing or Growth.

Simple and basic marketing ideas and concepts, nothing growth related whatsoever. This course is only good for people who are complete novice in the field of marketing and want to learn from the beginning.

This is not what i was looking for. This is barely basics of digital marketing being called growth hacking and you can learn all this on YouTube free and if this is what growth hacking is then i have been scammed by the other courses i bought here at the same time when i thought i was about to learn growth hacking... Also these courses are so old as much as 5-6 years old

This course deserves a 5+, but It needs to be updated, the auditory and paid media section needs to be updated. However I liked so much the psychology, email marketing and job sections. You did a great job, just update those sections

I started this course because my company gave me a new responsibility to be a growth hacker. So, I started this course as someone who knew not so much.

I just had a few ideas of SEO, and a few other things.

But now, I am confident that I'm going to kill my new job roles.

And also, I am confident that I am going to be competent enough to land my dream job.

In my opinion some of the quiz questions were misleading when choosing answer choices. I also am taking this course as an owner of a small company and not looking for a marketing job. This information is helpful although since I have to fill that role until we can expand. Great work guys!
