I thought I had an understanding of Supplements but this course prove me wrong.
This was an excellent course on supplementation...gets down to the "nitty-gritty" on what to look for (and what avoid) on supplements. Thought the segments on supplement labeling will be extremely helpful to athletes and coaches.
