This is just a very long lecture with no real-world examples, no great explanations on the topics, just slide after slide. I am having a VERY hard time listening to his accent. I am really trying to do my best and give this course a chance but, man, it is so hard to get through. Just a very basic overview of concepts told in a very hard-to-understand tone the entire way. Should have returned the course when I had the chance.

I had no experience with UX design. My background is in educational technology and instructional design. This course was great at laying the foundation for UX design. I liked being able to take a few short lectures at a time and then take a break, going at my own pace to absorb the information. I think the information could be presented in a more robust way, but it could be a limitation of Udemy, I'm not sure. Either way, I would recommend this course to anyone looking to get into UX design and understand the 'why' before getting into the 'how'!

The course is well done overall, although it can be a bit boring at times despite the fact that the topics covered are really interesting. The practical examples of ecommerce are excellent.

Very clear course with good explanations and examples. Personally, sometimes there were too many examples given and thereby slowing down the speed of this course (speaking of being an impatient human being ;)). However, the information provided was well explained and very interesting. Thanks!
