Generally good, but leaves out a lot of needed explanation on Objective-C syntax. For example, what is the function of the 'alloc' and extra brackets in something like "[[UIDetailView alloc] init]". Or, why are variables/objects sometimes prefixed with an asterisk or an underscore or not and what's the difference?
It seems that the author is just typing in code from a pre-written script and doesn't care to provide details as to 'why', at least in many cases.
This course is useful as a guideline for the basic interface and view controls in x-code however, it does not teach you the fundamentals of Objective -C or Swift. Instead, Aaron runs through the code you need to write and describes what it does but fails to go over with you the most important part - the syntax! For example, Aaron never discusses what it means to declare a method or even what a method is. Instead you find yourself blindly copying the code he is writing. This means that the course is very much a rinse and repeat. You'll be able to replicate what he builds but not work any further from there. If you think this course will help you understand Objective-C or Swift you are sadly mistaken.
Plain Simple and easy to understand
Good tutorials, but the pace is too fast when you're trying to code along to it. Go a little slower! Otherwise a great introduction which covers a lot of the basics of iOS development.
