Geeky Lemon does a super job of presenting a subject that requires a high degree of instructor skills. Keeping the student involved is hard to do, but this teacher has an interesting way to both present the subject and to make it easy to understand.

Each lecture is simple and very clear.
After I learned to Section 3, they help me very much for understanding the lessons and code by myself for some simple things.

There are people that can teach. There are people who can program. But it is RARE that you can find someone who can do BOTH.

I have been taking this course for almost a month. I have read lots of books but taking this course is like enrolling at University for programming without paying thousands of dollars.

You can study when you want and even download the course for offline viewing if you are on the bus or going somewhere and have a bit of time to study. Aaron breaks up the course by subject with mini POWER lectures. POWER lectures you say? YES they are short so that you don't loose focus but they are so clear and well done that you don't spend 10 minutes typing in code, following along just to have your program not work. If it doesn't work you typed something wrong. With every new lesson I just get more and more excited because he builds lesson upon lesson until your mind explodes with ideas about what you want to create. It's addictive. You play one lesson and then you just have to go on to the next because it draws you in and you just have to see how to do the next thing. Its like a show with twists and turns you can't predict. You JUST HAVE TO KNOW what is going to happen next. I feel that way with his lessons.

On top of all this I have asked so many questions I thought for sure that the instructor was going to say "Oh man not another question from this guy", but guess what!!! Many questions later he's still answering my questions, even if they seem ignorant and within 24 hours. How much pressure it that! Yet he does it. Not many people have that kind of dedication, or time for their students.

I could go on forever but I'm not writing a novel. and If you think I'm partial or I'm being paid to write this to sell his course... your WRONG. Just buy the course and then watch my name fly by in the discussions column as I ask question after question from Aaron.

Give his course a try. If your new to programming or just wants to make iOS apps for your iphone you have nothing to lose. You wont get this good of a deal or the benefits of just buying a book and just reading it yourself. Buy the books after you take his course.

I hope this review is seen as serious as I wrote it to be taken seriously about how I felt.

I have wanted to learn objective-c for the past couple of years and have tried other online tutorials and bought books, so I knew the basics of the language, but this course teaches how to apply that knowledge and how to make really cool apps. This course is fantastic, the instructor is intelligent and easy to understand and listen to, and the disussions are great if you get stuck (the instructor will respond!). This course was definitely worth the investment (I got it on sale) and I have learned so much. It has been a valuable asset to my programming toolbox.

Aaron is so clear at explaining things and with his style of learning, I did not get bored and stray away while watching the lessons, He kept my attention 100% of the time with no gibberish. This has to be the only course with support for both languages (bonus!). You get my full 5 stars.
