The course content and teach are GREAT! For some reason with Udemy courses, the video goes dark. It happens to me with other courses. It also happens with Chrome or MS Edge on my MAC. Perhaps it is a connection issue, but not sure.

This course didn't provide detailed instructions or a comprehensive guide on how to activate high performance. I watched it all the way through, and the topics they covered were quite basic. It's disappointing to see self-proclaimed experts stating that taking action will yield results, when, in reality, the information presented is at a very elementary level. I attempted to request a refund a week and a half ago, but Udemy denied my request, claiming I didn't meet their refund policy. They assured me that I could request a refund within 30 days, and it hasn't been that long yet.

Please be cautious when purchasing courses on Udemy. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're certain they will honor refund requests based on your perspective of their courses. While their courses are affordable, their refund policy appears to be peculiar. I wish I had been more cautious. I won't make the same mistake again.
