It was good course but lacked enough details you know there are many things one needs to do than breathing to combat procrastination for eg engaging in physical activity,getting enough vitamin D from sun,etc.All those tips and details were missing.However good course for beginners as we get to learn about breathing and calming ourselves down

Curso excelente! Poderia se tornar ainda mais acessível se fossem colocadas telas contendo o resumo de cada lição, ou o resumo de cada exercício a ser feito, além de um resumo final de tudo o que foi ensinado. Talvez uma cartilha resumo.

Legenda revisada em inglês também seria excelente, e talvez até em outras línguas.
