Not good. concepts are not explained properly and very fast. It's difficult to those who are new and dont know syntax of backbone.

The course is really good. Just it would have been explained in more conceptual way. It is a little bit faster course. But overall a good course.

I found it useful as a beginner. I don't know exactly where but I found that it can be improved little bit more.

This course simply demonstrates a variety of methods and capabilities in Backbone without...

- getting into any of the details of the Backbone architecture (e.g. why)
- suggesting how you might use the feature in a real application

The other fatal flaw so far (I stopped during the Collections section) is a complete lack of explanation of how to externalize your View templates. Any real template of any size would be externalized (Underscore, Mustache, etc). They show using Underscore but still writing strings of HTML in the render method - that is simply not a realistic way of doing things.

I would recommend Mosh's Backbone course over this one. Had I not watched that first this one would have been beyond confusing.
