Great Course !!
I was waiting for such a course in Udemy. Its a Must to save esp for developers like me . Now the Big challenge is forming the habit to do this regularly.
Few suggestions I have is
1. The first video must explain the type of all back releated pains. Because the name of the Pain was technical in a title, I was seeing all the videos to find a solution for my lower middle back pain.
2. A mention about yoga , sleeping procedures and if possible a time chart that we can print to follow the instructions regularly might have been more useful.
Overall the course is a must for developers like me , Its very informative and the Bonus sections are really awesome ,well explained. cheers
I'm already started getting a pain in my lower back since last 3-4 months, these days I could not do the exercise by dumbells. The instructor provided very useful information to cure your lower back pain, I am thankful to Ermin for making such course for us who sit 10-12 hours on the desk. The information presented in this course was highly informative, and though the chiropractor presenting the course had a tendency not to explain technical terms, the exercises contained within each section were presented in such a manner to make it plain as to how to do these on my own. These exercises work at alleviating different types of pack pain, in my experience.
