This is a decent course for Objective C, but it takes a very long time to get to having you do any coding yourself, and much has almost certainly changed in the last 6 years in regards to developing for iOS.

not really hands on is it, I like to be able to do things when I'm learning so that it sticks. he's just glossing over features using pre-written code

xcode help file sucks. leaves out too much. this course is very good at showing how to use the xcode IDE and handle many of the constructs of objective-c. still have a lot to learn, but this was very helpful.

The instructor is very detail-oriented. The pace could be faster, but it's a good introductory course.

It doesn't really cover a great deal. What it does cover seems more advanced than what a typical introductory course would include.

A little slow going but in general is a good introduction to the toolset and language.
