About This Course

The most comprehensive course on iOS development - become a master of app development

Welcome to the world's most comprehensive course on iOS development. This course is designed like an in-person coding bootcamp to give you the most amount of content and help with the least amount of cost.

Here are some of the things you'll be able to do after taking this course:

  • Submit apps to the app store

  • Understand programming & basic algorithms

  • Work fluently with Swift 3 & iOS 10

  • Apply to jr iOS development jobs

  • Work as an iOS contractor

If you are absolutely new to programming you should start at the beginning of the course and go to the end.

I've designed this course to take you down a guided learning path. Lectures are not broken out by specific topics. You build apps and then learn a ton of principles within those apps. So don't skip around!

If you already know Swift then you can skip the Swift section since the changes between Swift 2 and Swift 3 are minor.

Swift 3 broke a lot of things in Swift 2. We cover those changes periodically throughout the course so don't worry about watching Swift videos again if you already know Swift.

If you are a student of iOS 9: From Beginner to Paid Professional then feel free to start taking this iOS 10 course.

Keep in mind that this iOS 10 course has a bunch of new apps. So there is a HUGE benefit to ALSO go through the iOS 9 course - or you'll miss out on awesome content.

Don't forget to join the free live community where you can get free help anytime from other students and teacher's aides.

  • Build iOS 10 & Swift 3 apps

These are really silly explanations about the Swift basics: why division (of ints) is not returning the remainder and the functions... hope in the next lectures it's getting better

Overall the course is good with real projects and too many ideas but what confuses me is that every section or app have different instructors and some of them is not the same level as mark hope that to change in swift 4 course(Bought it already and wish not to do refund).

Great content! Love these lectures they have helped me out a lot. Only thing I would change is to be more detailed on certain topics.

Great course, covers everything a non-CS student needs to become an iOS developer. This course has been quintessential in landing my first contract iOS roles.

OK so you claim that taking your courses from start to finish will get a job as a paid developer (it says this in the title) yet the apps you build for one are no where near production standard. I feel robbed and mis sold. NOW FOR THE TUTOR OR PART TIME TUTOR Mark Price ....he will never answer your questions , on anything. He will ask his workers to do this so the support will not be there. He actually pays people with free access to this course (so called TA's who are not qualified developers they are students who have finished the course or others) to answer your support questions
if your paying $200 for a course you expect the producer of the course to offer support directly. Mark Price will not give this to you so DO NOT expect it as he simply does not care. PERIOD

I feel you are destroying the swift learning community with your awful videos and terrible bad practices for building apps. For one, you only use storyboards? why? companies will not employ you without having knowledge of building apps programmatically. Why are you not teaching people and informing people correctly?

The course in my opinion should be removed from UDEMY and it just goes to show what a successful marketing campaign can achieve. You will not be a paid professional following these videos folks so I will save you the suspense. This course is aimed at people with zero knowledge which I totally understand. Dont waste 3 years taking these courses like I have and expect to get a job , you will be terribly disappointed

This is one of the worst courses I've seen TBH, the instructors act like they are teaching you something valuable when all they do is just write multiple low quality programs and talk too much with very little substance. This is the kind of course I would definitely recommend to someone who aspires to be a coding monkey, but for the rest who want to learn actual coding, find something else.
Of course the typical response I would get would be: read the documentation or ask in stackoverflow, but thats as much a generic advice as this course.
Thanks for wasting my time guys, I appreciate it!

Great course. Some of the lessons, I wished they would go in depth as to what they are coding and why. Great community connection through discord.
