The content of itself is very good. I was looking to learn about WordPress including how to create a WordPress site but this was not covered in this course so after completing section four and then starting section five I was unable to get the best out of the course as I did not have a WordPress site to upload as I was completely new to WordPress.
Great class to learn how to get WordPress running on your local computer. The last section discusses uploading the local WordPress database to a website. The explanations were not as clear in this section as the others. It felt rushed, and was at times difficult to follow.
The instructor is very easy to listen to and to follow his directions even when it seemed complex to a novice. And, the end result is that I was successful in loading XAMPP, Apache & MySQL.
Great teacher, makes a difficult subject easy and enjoyable to learn.
I've been trying to figure out this stuff for a long time and Andy connects the dots nicely. However, he's painfully slow at times (he needs a good editor - a good editor and he would be brilliant) but that still doesn't stop me from giving him five stars for his level of competence with the subject matter.
