The file he uses (the one in the resources) does not work (should be a zip file but when you download it it's just a file with no extension, useless), other people have already wrote about that in some of the comments but there is no answer. I know it's an old course, so i don't really blame the teacher, but just don't start this course, because it'll be a waste of time

The humorous chapter names, to the point teaching, and interesting visual tricks with built-in functions are engaging and useful. I was initially a bit skeptical, but as of the third video was very pleased with my purchase.

Hi, I'm 15 years old and because of this course I was able to make my own first fully functional android game. I love the way in which J. A. Whye teaches. This was a free course but its really good for getting started with CoronaSDK. I wish that i could afford "Beggining Game Development" to get more knowledge but i'd learned enough in this course that i could jump into game development and start making games for Google Play Store. I really recommend this course.

Thanks a lot
