the course is simplified and the manner of facilitating is in a simplified way. I understood the flowchart and how everithing flow together whether the outcome is positive or negative, on what instances do we use XOR,OR,ADD gateways in a flowchart. Case study was not complex for me to understand however i feel i need more practice to have more experience.

When a process is modeled, tasks are often invented. The justification is often that it is logical or the process is so simple. Even if you agree with this, it would be better to give either a more detailed description of the process or a better justification.
