In the beginning i was upset because it gave me a feeling of "supported reading". If for absolute beginners then some steps were missing, and to people with some knowledge there is no need to read the screen.
Luckily it became better, and there was at least some knowledge, something for me to learn, inside, which reduced the feeling of being at a paid version of youtube.
So as I said, it became better. So I will have a look at this course again, and maybe give a better rating after that.
Clear and to the point, any one can follow the training and do this.
This is NOT the first Joomla course you need to take. He covers a DUMPTRUCK load of stuff, in a quick hurry! You need to already know what Joomla is, and how to get around in order to keep up. Having said that, with this class, you should be able to convert your Joomla site to a membership site in an evening. And that's a good deal!

This course provides an excellent overview of the membership framework. It covers the essentials from subscribers to content access restrictions.
The course uses the Helix framework, and effectively runs you through the basics.
Although the course isn't pre-scripted, Matthew does a smooth job of taking you through the various components. His voice is calming, and he is ready at the drop of a hat to provide you with feedback on the commentary component.
If you are after a relatively fast, short, and thorough overview of a membership site in Joomla, then this course will fit your fancy.
I really enjoyed Mathew's course. It was easy, straight forward and explained a lot about Joomla and learning management systems that I had no idea about. Well worth the money.

Membership Pro is very poorly explained. A lot of steps are skipped during the explanation. For example, a lot of times you don't know how the instructor arrives to a page that he is explaining. Some topics that are important are briefly mentioned. The website already has membership pro installed and does not follow the course in an orderly manner. You need to do a lot of figuring out on your own to come up with answers.
