Clear and concise, I also liked the extra bits about press, some historical examples were really helpful in understanding the development of the application. Great introductory course, seems like a good foundation to get started, but will most certainly need more courses to improve.
The instructor was knowledgeable and entertaining. I picked up many tips and trick on how to use the program, many of which I didn't know was there.
He explains every tool and what it does. Because of that, I am applying what I learned. I have taken classes that are more project based but I think we should understand the tools first before doing that. I highly recommend this course before any other illustrator class. I learned so much and I feel like I can use it on my own because I understand what the tools mean and their purpose.
