
Christophe Sempels
Christophe Sempels is Professor of Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship at Skema Business School. He holds a PhD in Management Science from Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium) and teaches or has taught in several universities such as Skema (France, USA), Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), Solvay Business School (Belgium), HEC-Ulg (Belgium), Baltic Management Institute (Vilnius, Lithuania) and HES (Lausanne, Switzerland). He has also an extensive experience in Executive Education, mostly in services companies. He is frequently invited as guest speaker in many institutions and national or international eventsSpecialized in sustainable business model innovation, Christophe is the author of several books, academic and professionals papers on this topic, some having been rewarded. His expertise is particularly recognized in Functional and Cooperation Economy (FCE). He has coached many CEO's in their transition toward these models and collaborate with several public authorities in Europe to promote FCE. Christophe is the co-founder of the European Institute of Functional and Cooperation Economy and the scientific director of the Club Cap EF, an association promoting FCE in the South of France. He's also the co-founder of Innovateur T, a transformative lab aiming to train those who are set on transforming their operating environment. Christophe is finally to co-founder of Movilab, an in-vivo incubator of sustainable lifestyles supported by the French Ministry of Sustainable Development, by the PACA and the Rhone-Alpes regions.
