The main selling point of this course was to show you how YouTube videos, simply optimized will get you Page 1 of Google and YouTube search results.
In my opinion this course needs to be completely revised. Some of it no longer works or is no longer relevant.
I was hoping to find out the secret sauce to get videos to show up in Google search. Most of this course was done in 2016 or before. It is now October 2021. It needs to be updated and revised. It appears that Google is not ranking as many videos on Google Search as before. In my opinion it is almost none. The Dentist and Pool guy do not show up on Google Search. The Dentist is far down the paget in YouTube search. The Pool guy is number 2 and has several more videos down the page.
I also found some links in the resource materials that no longer exist. He also mentions Google Plus which is now Google My Business.
This course hasn't been updated in at least 3 years and no new announcements since then.
Most (Maybe all) of his client's videos that he shows ranking on page 1 of Google Search, are now on page 2 or lower.
Apparently Udemy doesn't do much to make sure their instructors courses are kept updated.
Its all in the air so far leaned noting about seo or how to rank on google.
Even the basic information regarding youtube uploads is outdated

This course shares great information. This is just what I was looking for.
The instructor does not answer questions and with this issues remain unclear. I do not see this course very helpful as everything is repetitive, which can be found every where. There is nothing intuitive that can create make magic with this course.
