About This Course

Learn a variety of simple (yet potent) yogic techniques involving breath, movement and meditation to overcome insomnia.

There is a sleep crisis in this country.  Insomnia is an epidemic affecting millions of people.  Yoga is a natural solution to the stress and anxiety that feeds insomnia.  Yoga is a perfect antidote to sleeplessness precisely because it is so deeply soothing and relaxing for both the body and the mind.  In this simple yet effective “Yoga for Insomnia” course you will learn how to overcome insomnia with yoga which is designed and taught by Eddie Marashian, one of the top yoga instructors in Los Angeles.  Eddie is an expert at demystifying yoga so that all people can receive the benefits of this ancient healing practice.

In this course you will receive:

  • 4 Motivational talks providing insight, inspiration, food for thought and positive intentions

  • 3 Routines of Yoga poses—AM, PM and Chair (perfect if you are injured, out of shape or stuck at the office)

  • 2 Calming breath exercises

  • 4 Healing, guided meditations

  • 4 Audio sleep-time relaxations

  • 2 Schedules--full and short--depending on the amount of time you can spend each day

I designed this “Yoga for Insomnia” course for anyone who has trouble sleeping.  You don’t have to be flexible or physically fit in order to subscribe to learn how to overcome insomnia with yoga, and complete beginners are most welcome.  If you can't dedicate 1 hour per day, I've also included a short version of the course that will only take 10-20 minutes.  To be successful in this course, all you need is a desire to heal your insomnia and the commitment to follow through.  Here's how it works:

In the full schedule, each day you will:

  • Start with a motivational talk (5 min.)

  • Practice a basic routine of yoga poses to relax your body (15-20 min.)

  • Pause for a centering breath exercise before dinner (10-15 min.)

  • Follow a guided meditation before you get into bed (10 min.)

  • Listen to a sleep-time relaxation as you fall asleep (15-20 min)

In the short schedule, each day you will: 

  • Choose one segment from the full routine to practice (5-15 min)

  • Listen to a sleep-time relaxation as you fall asleep (15-20 min)

This course has changed my daily life, I had developed a very severe insomnia the last 4 years, I use to sleep 3 to 4 hours every night, I was empty, life doesn't mean anything to me anymore as I was all the time tired. when I came across this course I knew it's the right one for me, since the first practice I started feeling changment inside me and I slept the first night like a baby.

Outstanding!!!. I tried the PM routine for two weeks now and it was very helpful. Every time I do the PM routine I was able to fall asleep in about 15 minutes. It is really relaxing. That helped me a lot to get up early and full of energy. I'll continue the course soon to try AM routine as well because I already doing meditation for while. Thank you so much Eddie. Highly recommended for anyone suffers from Insomnia.

I loved this course!
I didn't use all of the tools at once, because it was too big of a change, but just using them as often as I could and felt like it was very helpful. It let me start building an evening routine, which drastically changed the way I sleep (and feel).
It 's been months now, and I'm still enjoying using them very regularly.
The yoga routines are very easy, even for beginners (which I'm not really anymore, but truly appreciated : they became my go to routines when I really don't feel like doing yoga, but still want to take care of myself the best I can, precious tool!).
