I had joined Asha Rao's class with lot of problems. Thyroid, weight gain, skin problems, depression, hormonal imbalance and sinus are few to name. Trust me I have now the got answer for all my problems. The answer is hatha yoga. Just go for the Hatha Yoga program and rediscover yourself.

I have had several sports related injuries which has limited my ability to do many activities I enjoy. As a result its was difficult to maintain my physical fitness and to heal previous injuries. I have followed this program diligently and started to notice tremendous improvement in my general fitness level, range of motion & flexibility. Also, many of the plaguing injuries, such as joint pain, stiffness, and back pain have reduced. I am so thankful that I have discovered this program!
