I really appreciated this course - it gave me a bigger outlook - on working with work and daily life,

The fact that he said even at home you can burn yourself out - that applies to me, as I think I can do more and work later in order to learn more and assist more - He helped me a little more to know how to set boundaries - and when it come to Health Mentally and Physically this helped a lot as I think working from home is really efficient for me although Mentally it catches up to you quicker.

In the Bonus feature he asked are you situated to work remotely or form home, and that had me thinking,

and this made me realise that I am not a big extrovert - I tend to hide in my corner and keep everyone happy , and I realised I am self moitivated and self diciplined - having my own work space - he taught me how to detach from work - and he said you need to have a Job that you enjoy,

I recently completed the course, and liked the content and the author, he delivers the content in such a relaxed, easy-to-follow way that it feels engaging and accessible from start to finish. One of the highlights for me was the section on motivation vs discipline—it's packed with insights that truly help you understand the difference between the two, which is crucial when you're organizing your time.

As a remote secretary and homemaker, I found the recommendations extremely practical. I already use a similar structure to the one suggested in the course, especially when it comes to taking strategic breaks. Stepping away from the screen and phone to do simple household tasks helps clear my mind, giving me a mental refresh before diving back into work. This balance between professional tasks and domestic routine has been key to maintaining productivity without burnout.

Every point in this course is relevant and useful, whether you're just starting out in remote work or looking to fine-tune your current routine. I highly recommend this course to anyone working remotely!
