Overall I believe the instructor is competent. I did find some of his explanations were not clear. Changing screens sometimes were not well explained. Perhaps a little more explaining what the object was in going to a particular screen or menu. As a former instructor, I followed three "rules". One, tell your students what you are going to tell them; Two, tell them and then; Three, tell them what you told them. If the student missed the objective, then they can go back and play the lesson again.

The course is good but somehow the instructor never response back to student's questions?
there is a ton of useful information to help design your website in this course, for anyone just starting out. Jimmy talks you through step by step in setting up the websites. He also added a bonus idea for creating more money designing new websites for small businesses, After going through this course I am ready to set up my website

His explanations are not for a free webhost although this could be easily done. Most explanations are most likely ok but hard to replicate if you simply don't want to pay for a host.
Additionally he is trying to make you buy an expensive Wordpress theme, and rest of the course is simply based on what he's doing to it. This is not ok, he should be using free material and hosting and therefore kinda useless.
A lot of steps to follow without much explanation. Instructor has a heavy accent. Some of the videos are a conversation where the instructor is doing a walk through with someone else that can barley be heard. It is kind of like learning by eavesdropping. Multiple examples get intertwined. Audio is hodgepodge.
