The course is very informative, a perfect match for what I was looking for.
OK so far but the Mac is a foreign country to me so it took a little working out, at times, Otherwise IK
volume was very low and the screen fonts were small. I can't even blow it up from my screen even I set to full screen.
This course is of an awful quality with an incompetent, absent-minded teacher who always overlooks simple and obvious mistakes. I don't have not a single good word for this course.
Not at all. I have no idea what he is talking about. I have Wordpress already installed on my host site and did not have to go through all this rigamarole. He just jumps into this course with no explanations of why he is doing what he is doing.

Very clear explanation and the instructions are really well though out and organized. This makes learning the course fun and doable. I’m enjoying the course so far.
Too slow moving. Also, I tried to use the MAMP program to host the development site but it does not seem to work with mySQL community edition. After spending about a half a day trying to get it to run and having to reinstall mySQL, I have just decided to watch the content only and not try to go along with the coding.

I installed Brackets as suggested and it gave me a "PHP runtime not found" error. I then installed a version of PHP (not shown in the video). That was probably a mistake because I then could not open PHPMYADMIN. I finally had to uninstall MAMP, Brackets, delete WP files, clear the recycle bin, reboot, and reinstall everything minus a separate version of PHP, and it started to work. I now seem to be working and can follow the course instructions.
