Course is good if you want to learn the absolute basics in terms of installing WordPress and using the UI. The instructor does not address a number of things that I feel may have been worth addressing. Just from the perspective of basics he did not address how to use the built-in text editor, what plugins are, customising setttings, etc..
What I was also hoping for; Where / How to input HTML, creating a child theme, or developing an entirely new theme from scratch. I realise these may be considered advanced, but when I read the title this is what I was expecting. 'Custom WordPress Website'.
