Akshay has done a good job with this course. It is short and very informative. I think the pace of the course is set for an experienced web dev, a beginner might get confused, nevertheless a good course to scale up on HTML5 and JQuery Skills.

When I found this course, I had a basic knowledge of HTML5 and of Akshay. Not all but steb by step, great for beginners who want learn about html5 and jquery.

Just felt very narrow. I was wanting a course that gave a much broader foundation in web design fundamentals and I don't feel like I got that here. Or, maybe the problem was just the opposite. He tried to cover too much too quickly and, as a result, I felt like it was, again, a very poor foundation. Perhaps this tutorial is better if you're a more experienced developer?

You have created a good concise course. I like the approach of getting the student involved quickly creating useful code. Since I have some experience in HTML, I found that I wanted a bit more detail about general syntax. I think the course would benefit from a concluding page where you outline some of the other capabilities of both HTML5 and jQuery. You might be able to create a "Beginners guide to HTML5 and jQuery" that would leverage the enthusiasm of the student to learn more.

First of all, the instructor talks very clearly and presentations are prepared for learners. He prepared the code before recording so , you don't have to until he types, only in necessary and small part of the program he types and explains.
About the course itself
If you have taken one of the computer programming classes in university (doesn't matter which language) you can understand this class very well. Basically I have never used jquery and javascript and I have had little knowledge in HTML.
Instead watching what different elements of language are doing- it is really great to see how it works by example. In the end, no course can cover all elements of language, once you have understand how it works you find necessary functions online as well.

Hi All,
This course is all over the place and there is not clear path from the instructor. Since I do have knowledge in the given subjects I can follow but I do not recommend this course to anyone! (finished it mainly just to save you time!)
