Most of the time the videos freeze so it's hard to follow
Section 4/5 the videos freeze about halfway through making it much less enjoyable and slightly harder to follow(your voice can still be heard). The quality of the videos are a little hard on the eyes at times. Other than that... Thank you this is a very helpful/useful course.
Great course! This course is great for starting point to learn unreal engine for beginners!
Almost all of the resources needed for this course are not provided... or at least I could not find them (for example textures, materials, skeletal meshes or 3d models... things one would need to download in order to follow the course).
Despite this, the tutor is explaining why he is doing whatever he is doing. Not the best course, but still useful!
I WOULD RECOMMEND this course because "Procedural Map Generation" is something used in the gaming industry and this topic is discussed in the course
First of all: Sorry for my bad english and I am not finished with the course, yet.
But, this course is great. I never worked with the Unreal Engine before and after starting the Unreal Engine for the first time, I didn't know how to get started. So many options, tools and functions, it's absolutely horrible to get into it on your own.
.... and this course helps me a lot to handle that beast of an engine. You will learn how to create your own maps, how to handle textures, meshes, collisions and so on. You will get an good understanding how to use that professional Engine for your own game ideas. You will not start with an big "?" above your head, so you can set your focus on much more detailed stuff.
This is a great tutorial for absolute beginners. You will get familiar in knowing how to navigate through the various menus. You will also pick up industry terms for things. Will you be able to know how to make an AAA game? No, but you will now have a great starting point. There was several times during the tutorial where you are shown techniques that I have seen other real games use.

Not as great as I thought it would be, shows a platform type game but ended up being a vehicle related and I wasnt interested in that at all
